As a Product Manager, you will take responsibility for the digital therapeutics and patient support modules that we develop for our partners from Life Sciences and Healthcare

Responsibilities

Our Product Managers fully own one or more partner modules and ensure that these modules are a success for both, our partners and smartpatient

  • Collaborating with our partners to define and document their requirements
  • Owning the successful and on-time delivery of our partner modules
  • Managing the partner module rollout to as many markets as possible
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for further module improvements
  • Building stable relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor

Tasks

Collaborating with our partners to define and document their requirements and alignment with our platform capabilities

  • Aligning the scope and roadmap for your modules with our partners while ensuring consistency with our platform's capabilities and roadmap
  • Preparing and following up on workshops, meetings, and conference calls
  • Managing our partners’ approval processes and documenting product implementation according to smartpatient's and our partners' standards

In-time, in-budget, and in-scope implementation and launch of product

  • Briefing the development team for obtaining estimations and identifying potential room for simplification
  • Booking of adequate product development and editorial capacity and all pre-requisites being in place in time (e.g. approvals, purchase orders)
  • Continuous alignment with responsible Product Owner and editorial team to ensure the efficiency of implementation and compliance with platform standards
  • Ensuring in-time compilation of product's technical documentation (if applicable)

Managing and ensuring product success post-launch and throughout its lifecycle

  • Ensuring the successful roll-out of a module to as many markets as possible
  • Configuring partner modules to local market requirements, including activation of locally supported functionality and loading of local market contents
  • Monitoring and reviewing product performance and providing regular reporting to partners
  • Identifying and raising opportunities for further increasing product success, e.g. through product improvements, new markets

Managing and growing the partner relationship and ensuring success

  • Ensuring on-time delivery and invoicing of deliverables and services
  • Working as partners to ensure transparency for all stakeholders and to pro-actively identify and resolve any unforeseen roadblocks
  • Become the trusted go-to person for partners

Responsibilities

  • You are a customer-centric project manager with a strong sense of ownership
  • Can establish and maintain customer-oriented and trusted relationships
  • Can capture, structure, and present options on how to address changes in scope
  • Enjoy advancing ambitious projects in an international, high-paced environment
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of product management, project management, key account management or B2B sales
  • Have some understanding of agile software development is considered an advantage
  • Have excellent English language skills in speaking and writing
  • Enjoy traveling through Europe and around the globe (when again possible)
  • Share our passion for digitally supporting people living with chronic diseases
