HR & Recruitment Manager


Our app MyTherapy helps people to safely and responsibly take their medication and live a healthy life. With >1 million users, MyTherapy is one of Europe’s leading digital health offerings. We are growing strongly and are looking for an HR Manager, that brings the passion and the skill to make us the top destination for talent with a passion for digital health.

Our team comprises highly skilled specialists from various domains, including software engineers, UI/UX designers, online marketing experts, behavioural scientists and quality managers. We are united by our purpose to support people living well with their chronic disease. We are 50 people today and want to grow to 70+ in the near future. This is your opportunity to help us finding these exceptional people and shape the future of smartpatient. It will be your job to develop effective means for finding promising candidates. Also, you will further establish smartpatient as an employer where talent from various domains can achieve their professional goals AND go to work with a smile on their face.

Your tasks will include:

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining recruiting campaigns
  • Acting as ambassador for our brand and our values
  • Identifying relevant events and conferences and liaising with potential candidates on site
  • Managing our headhunters
  • Developing / refining our employer branding together with smartpatient management and making it actionable
  • Managing the pipeline of applicants (Creating job ads, screening applications, interviewing and selection)
  • Template-based management of our employment contracts
  • On- and off-boarding as well as taking care of our team members
