Account Lead


Our app, MyTherapy, helps people to safely and responsibly take their medication. With >1 million users, MyTherapy is one of Europe’s leading digital health offerings. We are helping a wide range of patients by reminding them to take their medication and to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Building on the MyTherapy platform, we provide tailored multichannel patient support programs to some of the largest and most successful companies from life science and health care. As Account Lead you will coordinate the development and international rollout of global programs to as many markets as possible. We are looking for strong team players that enjoy working with our international industry partners and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of our clients’ patient support offerings.

Your tasks will include:

  • Working closely with our global partners and the company founders
  • Planning and coordinating the successful and timely delivery of highly innovative patient support offerings
  • Working as trusted partner with our clients and their extended network of agencies
  • Resolving unforeseen roadblocks efficiently and pro-actively together with the team
  • Identifying and, together with the company founders, following-up on additional opportunities within and outside of your account
  • Preparing and following up on workshops, meetings and conference calls
  • Exhibiting and support at conferences and events
  • Documenting an offering's implementation according to smartpatient's and our partners' standards
  • Providing our partners with agreed reports and metrics

  • Hold a bachelor’s- /master’s degree, preferably in economics, business, marketing or engineering
  • Have experience in the field of project management, key account management or sales
  • Enjoy advancing ambitious projects in a strong and international team
  • Have a strong sense of accountability
  • Have the ability to establish and maintain customer-oriented and trusted relationships
  • Have excellent English language skills in speaking and writing
  • Have a good understanding of digital products
  • Have been exposed to a wide range of software and tools and enjoy innovation in your workflow
  • Enjoy travelling through Europe and around the globe
